If you aren’t aware This is Spinal Tap is a parody band documentary. It’s pretty good.
After that we will watch Caddyshack. That or Edge of Tomorrow. It depends on how you vote.

Such a great subtle comedy. It’s in your face but somehow just passing by like a fly at high speed.
The two next options in the Movie Night are great too. Edge of Tomorrow is great when you think about the revised movie name.
Isn’t it considered the first “Mockmentary”?

In the mid 70s Eric Idle (from Monty Python) had a Beatles parody band called The Rutles, and created a television mockumentary in 1978 called ‘All You Need is Cash’, and this was probably a pretty big influence on Spinal Tap in the early 80s.
