I still burn CDs for my dad all the time, (I also have a few of them for myself too) since our cars have CD players in them, and while I usually play Music through the Aux it’s good to have CDs for when there’s spotty connection and nothing good on the Radio.

Ah, I haven’t played SMB 3 I wasn’t even born yet when that came out 😅 I mostly played the later 3D Mario games and a few 2D ones on my DS (GBA ones too).

I don’t have much opinion myself since I’ve never used it, I feel like if it’s not low quality and is properly tagged as AI it should be allowed. Maybe it should only be allowed on specific days too. Since people can pump out a lot of it. Probably should be limited to less of it if we’re going to have it at all.

Maybe also make it so only base images can be AI, but you shouldn’t generate whole memes with it, since that way they would at least still be original memes to an extent. Not really sure, though the witch-hunting and tribalism and lashing out at people needs to stop regardless. It makes this community feel unsafe to be in.

On mine I had to use a BIOS flasher tool since it was locked and Dev mode wasn’t allowed to be enabled (think it was due to enterprise enrollment), though flashing the image directly worked like a charm following the unbricking guide.

I never liked doing it. Got in trouble a few times for not doing it, though that didn’t matter to me since I got in trouble a lot when I was in school. Those dipshits (the counselor) thought I had “Gender Identity Disorder” and was reacting because of “distress” (Not because I wouldn’t say the pledge, I did many worse things than that), they also used the fact that I also had long hair and sometimes would wear a skirt as evidence I had GID. What fun people I spent my childhood with sarcasm I’m glad my parents are and were nice people otherwise I might not be here today.

That’s one of the most bad faith statements I’ve heard in a while. You’re basically saying that any attempt to silence people who happen to be queer, even if they are saying legitimately hurtful things, is wrong and makes you conservative. This isn’t true though. In fact, lemmy.blahaj.zone’s admins are more than happy to ban people if they are harmful, gatekeep people’s identities, or intentionally spread queerphobia themselves, and it doesn’t matter if they are queer or not.

Are you trying to say that horrible people should be allowed here just because they’re queer? Because that makes no sense, this place (Blahaj) being a safe space means that all harmful speech and content is removed, not just from non-queer people.
