Honestly in hindsight I think that point of mine isn’t very good, given what you said, I mean some people probably buy new Pixels but an entire point should not hinge on a possibility.
Hai!!! I’m an Artist, Privacy Enthusiast, and Vocaloid Fan trying help build a better tomorrow!

Smartphones are such an utter wretch nowadays, & I’m not even sure if there was a time they weren’t. I don’t get the appeal of a smartphone, they do everything a dumbphone does but worse, more expensive & with an unremovable thick layer of scum, yeah a smartphone has some of the features of a laptop or desktop but who needs that baked into their phone for every moment?
People are trying so hard to fix smartphones (even by giving money to the least privacy respecting companies ever by buying Google phones) when they can get a dumbphone and be rid of those problems in the first place. Well that’s my opinion at least, I think it might be a bit extreme.

Switch to a Linux distro that doesn’t have .deb support, I can’t install it then. & if I still have to use it I guess I’ll just not use the net until the death of Microsoft, IDK if I could hold out that long but maybe with determination I could.
I was so much happier switching to Librewolf TBH
There are people who don’t care about that? Guess I’m lucky.

The joke is that hundreds & thousands wouldn’t really be “Hundreds & Thousands” if there was one, and the same goes for rainbow sprinkles wouldn’t be very rainbow if there was one, the Ultraviolet was just Cartoon silliness, the to jokes at once was because Hundreds & Thousands is a more British term to my knowledge so I did both so Anyone could get the joke.
I’m gonna put this Comic on a short Hiatus after this so I can update my ref sheets & make more characters & make a map of where the characters live, just to make the comic a bit better, hopefully, I don’t know exactly how long it’ll be but I don’t think very long.

Well I made up most of the things mentioned in this, but I might make this a character trait for Static, he just sometimes says things that sound like complete gibberish whilst acting like his friend group knows (they visibly don’t), also Meri never played the Game the Movie they watched was “based on”, and Carl & Spectrum weren’t there.

Yeah I agree it really feels like my visuals improved a lot, Kinda crazy to think I’ve come a long way even tho it’s not even been a month of comics, that’s what happens when you take constructive criticism. I think what I need to tackle now is my lack of a singular gag or joke per comic, now it feels more like a collaboration of several jokes in one comic rather than a build-up to a punchline, I think the closest I get is making a gag and then turning that into a build-up for another joke which maybe works IDK I guess it depends on the gags.

I’ll try that, I don’t think I’ll do Black outlines but ones that are like darker shades of the colour they surround. Also I don’t use GIMP.
Wouldn’t that be very at risk by AI given AI Art?

The Exclamation Point is Static( The TV Head Guy)'s reaction but Iove your of acknowledgement of “Background Chair Shenanigans” I will defo be adding more now. I haven’t done the stick figure thing but that sounds like a good idea, now I think about it I have no idea how Meri (Atlantean Gal) ended up like that.

Aah okay thanks for that, I’ll do that next strip.

I can for sure make the colours for the bubbles & the text divide better by way of Value.

Now that I think about it there were so many ways I could of made the Watermark non intrusive but I just did not think hard enough, I’ll give myself more time for the next strip tho so it’ll hopefully be way better.

Okay, thanks, I really like getting constructive criticism

I’m not saying all who use lemmy use linux, I’m saying most who use lemmy are probably using linux.
I know the appeal (I think) but I worry that these things can be very harmful after a while, like how with the constant internet access provides constant distraction from anything important in one’s life (like studying, working, etc).
