As the UI is not open source, I don’t think it is a topic which belongs here.

There are so many resources on what to pick as first distro. I do not understand why people don’t check those out first …

I’m everytime amazed how good the adwaita ui looks

I assume it’s rather to improve the ability to cross compile Gnome applications so they can run on macOS.
