We could cover that instead of continually sending weapons to Israel. There money for both.
Again? LoL… DoD accounting errors probably pay for all the shady stuff normally. No need for special black projects and stuff, just move the accounting errors into a slush fund and after a decade laugh at how puny the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund is.
