Wait, didn’t Jim Carrey retire? Not that I’m complaining, it’s good to see him back in another movie.
Overall this looks great. I hope they actually leave the humans out of it this time and make it only about Sonic and the gang.
He said he’d only return to acting if he was offered a script that was too good to pass up.
“Well, I’m retiring. Yeah, probably. I’m being fairly serious,” Carrey said. “It depends. If the angels bring some sort of script that’s written in gold ink that says to me that it’s going to be really important for people to see, I might continue down the road, but I’m taking a break.”
Hopefully this means Sonic 3 is gonna be even better than the first two!

That quote, juxtaposed with Sonic 3, is quite funny. Makes it sound like Sonic 3 will be a cultural astroid like Schindler’s List or Shawshank.
I have no doubt it’ll be very important for people to see.

As someone who really enjoyed the first two movies, color me hyped!
You really liked the 2nd one? I felt like it was overstuffed with stupid jokes. Kind of made the movie a complete opposite of games, where shit is taken a little bit more seriously.
Some parts were a bit silly yes, but that’s true of parts of the games too.
The second wasn’t as good as the first, but it isn’t bad by any stretch
I really liked the second one too! Tails is my fave character and while some of the jokes were a bit on the silly side, it was a great experience overall
