    Wait… Did the Missouri supreme court actually do something that is in the citizens’ favor? Did I just stumble into another weird timeline?

        I read that the ballots need to be printed within the next week so this ensures that the measure will be on the ballot in Missouri.

      They’re basically just doing what the SCOTUS did punting the decision downstream. It’s up to the states and ultimately the people of those states to decide.
