I could super easily sit here at my own desk and make shitty memes and post them here, and I am way way far away from anything that could be described as “right wing.” Anyone else can do the same. Within the general context of the meme, it’s pretty evident what the message is. It also aligns with right wing messaging decrying, specifically femme people from modifying their body in a show of agency and autonomy.
In the current zeitgeist it is the antithesis of the manosphere trad wife. So considering the general context of the moment it is a right wing talking point and a shitty one at that.
