Probably saw some of the impeach comments on social media. It still galls me the folks that want to treat things from maga with the same weight as democrats or any other political figure. When you are a bald face liar no one should believe you without massive evidence what you say is true. I have known and sorta assume it was prevalent enough that most other folks knew, that person, that friend, maybe that family member ; who is always full of shit. You hear something from them and you assume its bs unless someone more credible mentions it and then maybe you put some effort to look into it.

Ok, I’m going to get hate for this but cognitive dissonance is not a pejorative or a synonym for hypocrisy. It’s a feeling one gets from holding conflicting cognitions that provokes further thought.
