the wealthy have so much money they dont need to short anything, they can just buy up shit when it’s cheap because hurt the economy on purpose. I think it’s also the fact that he and his crew don’t understand the economy, and he’s been a bully in his business life so he thinks he can do that as president. He’s gonna bully us back into prosperity, which would have worked pretty great like 80 years ago, but not so much now that other countries have industrialized and need america less and less.
