Thye don’t need America to lift sanctions, they’re a sovereign country and not a part of NATO. Edit: oh, you meant sanctions against Chinese goods. I thought you meant on the behest of other countries.
It’s not beneficial to China for the US to stop blockimg tens or hundreds of millions of relatively wealthy consumers from purchasing Chinese high-tech products like cars and phones?
They can buy directly from China. Thye don’t need America to lift sanctions, they’re a sovereign country and not a part of NATO.
