The law is already DOA. But your question is still apt when/if dems on a state level pass laws to force ICE to show their faces. I think the dems have a super-majority in California but - of course - Newsom doesn’t want such a CA law because he’s dreaming of the 2028 presidential race. So he doesn’t want to look “weak” on immigration.
ICE agents will from now on be required to fill out a form before illegally abducting a family randomly from the street
