Fascism and genocide apologia and propaganda. Fedia.io mods/admins what the fuck guys

which… yeah I don’t think I did that. I messaged them twice (once on their .ca account and once on their Piefed account) and got no response. I have no idea how to prove wrongdoing on their part since no particular comment or post was highlighted, but the last thing I said on a .ca comm before the ban was this, which is like what? I didn’t say anything even remotely close to fascism and I seriously have no idea what brought that on; anyway glances at the rules I guess it would be nice if the ban was revoked so I can go shit on Carney on c/Canada.

      They deserved something, for sure. But the user seems opposed to fascism and genocide from their other comments on the subject. The punishment should at least fit the crime

      That is one hell of a gish gallop. For the record I’m willing to respond to any of these if anyone cares, but I’d rather know someone actually cares to know the truth before writing a wall of text, because clearly this person doesn’t.

    if I recall correctly, they’re the person who banned me from lemmy.ca on request of MrKaplan when he got butthurt, so the fact they used fascism and genocide apologia as a reason is rather amusing, since they don’t seem to mind supporting it themselves.

      I thought that too and asked as much in DMs but got no response, so either that admin doesn’t check their DMs (are DMs even the right place to appeal a ban?) or it’s intentional.
