For drills not so sure, but for impact Milwaukee has the surge which is still pretty powerful but a lot more quiet than their fuel version. Anytime someone uses mine they ask if it’s broken because it’s so quiet.

That’s the only way I’ll call back an unknown number.

Ok yes replace the gasket but it looks like the chain is wound up on the lever and needs to be unwrapped to make the seal.
