7·19 days agoYeah, I’m sick of it. I’ve even heard this shit irl. And when people tell me something is woke, all I have to say is: Great! I love it! Please make everything woke and DEI, I love to see gamers angry and miserable.
And don’t forget to bring up AC Shadows not flopping to really boil their blood.
I think sadly there’s been a concentrated effort in the UK from the likes of Paul Marshall and other right wing shitstains to import US culture war nonsense to the UK, and it’s been broadly successful. GB News launched in 2021, which people described as the UK’s Fox News, and now 4 years later, we’re seeing Reform take elections. It’s not a coincidence, it’s a forced ideological shift.
The problem is that the left does not have the hundreds of millions of pounds to match this level of brainwashing. That’s why the liberals and the right have controlled UK politics for the last 40 years. We saw exactly how they crushed Corbyn before with their collective might, and as long as they control the mainstream media unopposed, they will crush any new left party that emerges too.
