Persuading you that those solutions are socialism was a Capitalist propaganda tactic to stop you from doing it. Socialism is exclusivly public ownership of the means of production, there’s a massive range of ideas of how that’s implemented, some include strong social programs, some don’t.

These are existing solutions used in liberal countries right now and it doesn’t make them any less liberal, you don’t have to be socialist to have social programs
