Hollow Knight is one of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever played. Its vibe is immaculate and its mechanics are fine-tuned to perfection. It’s fair to credit that game as the thing that finally made my wife into an enthusiastic gamer.

The wife and I gave Elden Ring a try finally. Actually did not like it.

Decided to stop waiting for the summer sale and get into Ender Magnolia instead, since we loved the first one. I think we’re more a Metroidvania household than a Soulslike anyway.

I was using Soulseek in 2005 just before Boards of Canada put out The Campfire Headphase, and I must have grabbed a fake because the version I heard sounded nothing like them and I didn’t care for it.
