Great, another politician in the pockets of (checks notes) Orthopedic Surgeons?

    https://www.opensecrets.org/members-of-congress/tim-walz/contributors?cid=N00027467&cycle=2018

Dude seems pretty clean, and looks like he listens to protesters instead of fighting them.

Disappointing it’s an 80 year old and not someone being groomed for a future run, but overall better than I expected.

I guess it’s the same logic as pairing Biden with Obama.

Walz is only a few months older than Harris. She is 59 and will be 60 in October. Walz turned 60 in April.

Why so hostile to someone who was overall receptive to the pick and went back to correct their comment?

Unreal, this is like learning that the age of the cast of Cheers or Seinfeld were in their late 20s early 30s

Yeah, I don’t know much about him. But just looking at his wiki and open secrets and he’s legit better than I thought we’d get.

A lot of the progressive pushes we had here in Minnesota are from him leading the charge.

Him and Peggy Flannigan who’ll replace him as gov when he resigns. (Iirc, Peggy will be our first native governor? This will be interesting.)

Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.

7. No duplicate posts.

If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
