Within the general context of the meme, it’s pretty evident what the message is. It also aligns with right wing messaging decrying, specifically femme people from modifying their body in a show of agency and autonomy.
In the current zeitgeist it is the antithesis of the manosphere trad wife. So considering the general context of the moment it is a right wing talking point and a shitty one at that.
