So what’s wrong with the strippers?
They said “the stripper” not “a stripper” which if I’m reading it correctly is… Slightly better I guess?
I mean, I wasn’t trying to use it pejoratively or anything… And while I can’t say I have any first-hand male stripper knowledge, I’m pretty sure my advice is unisex. 😋
Sure, I guess I could’ve said something about not commidifying love/affection/etc so it sounded a bit more inclusive of the broad and varied spectrum of sex workers or something, but - as they say - brevity is the soul of wit, after all.
In all seriousness, tho: I meant no offense or anything, but I definitely wasn’t going to call them ‘exotic dancers’ because I just think that’s a fucking stupid term, tbh, and I’m super prepared to die on that hill, so come at me bro
Lol no worries friend. Mostly joking. You don’t seem to have bad intentions from what I can tell.
English isn’t my first language (not even a second one) so I really don’t have a clue about the difference between “the stripper” and “a stripper”.
It’s all good, what I’m getting at is basically this:
Don’t trust the stripper = don’t trust a specific one, like the one someone is paying to dance for them at any given time for a hypothetical example
Don’t trust a stripper = strippers shouldn’t be trusted in general
Nothing wrong with strippers. Just don’t confuse good customer service with love.
