Should be lower
Shocked, I say! /s Completely unshocked, actually. The very antithesis of shocked. The device isn’t even plugged in, and the power has been out for days.
Clearly we should cave to him for no good reason.
Wrong side of every issue
Does this matter in any way?
His economic disapproval numbers are at 54%. That’s something that a sane president would be terrified about, because that’s the sort of thing that starts revolutions.
That number is only going to get higher.
Especially when the recession starts in earnest.
Back during the Great Depression (maybe we should start calling it the “first Great Depression,” unfortunately), the shantytowns that homeless people started putting together near sources of aid were dubbed “Hoovervilles,” after US president Herbert Hoover, whose policies and lackluster response to crises were largely seen as the reason for the Depression.
I betcha the next Hoovervilles will be called Trump Towers.
Once it gets low enough, I fully expect Agent Orange to threaten that it’s illegal to disapprove of him.
It may be the only thing that does matter. The man-baby craves attention. If his “ratings” are going down he might decide to do something different.
At 42%? Not really.
After a certain point the US will start to riot and burn again like it did near the end of his other term, and then it will matter.
