    Oh. I thought since his third wouldn’t be consecutive with his first two, it’d be legal. I guess it depends on how they define consecutive.

      You don’t include future possibilities in requirements to get to that future possibility.

      “Hasn’t already served two consecutive terms” doesn’t care if the third would be non-consecutive.
