    “They claim that the court is powerless to order any relief,’’ Sandoval-Moshenberg told me. “If that’s true, the immigration laws are meaningless—all of them—because the government can deport whoever they want, wherever they want, whenever they want, and no court can do anything about it once it’s done.”

    And I stopped reading after that. So what ‘protected” class will the first legal citizen who isn’t an immigrant to be disappeared be from?

      Probably mentally challenged people.

      The nazis started with political opponents (socialists, communists) and Jews, but I think the Trumplets don’t have the balls to start with them. They’ll probably wait until a few concentration camps are ready.

    Just insane he had no due process with no way of getting him back in case of error. How is this not a phone call? Why aren’t they just using US prisons? What is actually being done to these people?

      It isn’t rhetoric, hyperbole, insults, trolling, or propaganda. They are literally Nazis. This is exactly what they do.

      This guy isn’t the first innocent person theyve punished, and he is very far from the last. Wait until they start designating anyone who even criticizes Tesla as a terrorist, and ships American citizens off to the El Salvador Torture Prison.
