International & domestic law do not make allowances for “defensive” bombs. It is illegal to arm a country credibly accused of genocide, period. Every sitting US senator & congressperson that’s voted to continue sending arms is guilty of multiple serious crimes.
Hamas did not commit a “brutal” attack on October 7th. The numbers of dead were greatly exaggerated, with the final count landing lower than 400, many of the dead being IDF soldiers (valid targets). The majority of the “civilians” killed were killed by tank fire and hellfire missiles. Hamas does not have tanks nor hellfire missiles. The IDF has admitted to enacting the Hannibal Directive, which is their plan to kill their own people rather than allow them to be captured. We cannot know the exact number who were killed by the IDF vs Hamas, because Israel refused to allow a third party investigation.
Bernie is still spreading hasbara bullshit, and he deserves to face trial with all of his colleagues for their part in this crime.

Hamas wanted living hostages. The IDF has confirmed they enacted the Hannibal Directive to kill the potential hostages. Most of the people killed were killed by the IDF’s tank fire and hellfire missiles.
