I feel like if this becomes a partisan trend of states whose reps/governors are up for election just kicking trump off the ballot it will only embolden his most angry voters, and energize those who are like, “well, I don’t care for the man, but I think the democrats are just out of control.” They don’t have to learn shit about the legal reasoning—in fact, they won’t.
