State RNC branches are going bankrupt, too, as people are donating money to national and Trump and not them. Also Trump had the national RNC paying his legal bills but they backed out… and Trump’s PAC (which he has diverted money from to pay legal bills) asked for a $60 million refund from another group due to mounting legal bills.
