They chatted about how Elon was dropping the hammer on WFH and how their teams’ metrics included in-office time which was sent to all teams and viewable by all. One of them laughed when they saw that one coworker only had 85% in-office time and gleefully said “fired”. The goals of the CEO completely subsumed into her own being.
