Nearly 100,000 Wisconsinites cast early ballots on the first day of in-person absentee voting, Tuesday. That represents a 22 percent increase over the first-day early voting totals from the 2020 presidential election.
Well allow me to RETORT. This is the official WI election page that explains what you’re trying to make an alternate realty from, but explains exactly what I’m saying: https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/How-Your-Vote-Gets-Counted
There is no tab for what you described, and votes are still counted in order.
That’s about counting the votes. The article posted, and what I’m talking about, are ballots cast, without noting who the votes were for in any elections thereon.
Trump is shitting his diaper right now.
I mean, that’s gonna be true regardless, but
Early voting in Wisconsin is way down from what it was in 2020 (edit: on the same relative voting day).
I’m just gonna assume that was covid. No need to correct me if I’m wrong ill just wait until i wake up in Hell on Nov 6th.
This person is a paid shill. Don’t believe them.
Not sure where you got that idea.
2020 was covid and some places had extended early voting dates. Im Texas I think we did 20 days instead of 14 or something like that.
You’re looking at a total count after the election versus what is happening now.
🤦
Absentee is also not the same as early or mail-in tabular.
No, like the article says:
No, I’m seeing the numbers. You just don’t seem to understand how votes are counted and in what order.
ABSENTEE IS NOT THE SAME AS EARLY OR MAIL-IN VOTES.
🤦
In Wisconsin, all voting prior to election day is “absentee” voting, either in-person absentee voting, or absentee by mail.
🤦
Edit: People who are unable to accept facts, this is why we can’t have nice things.

If only there was some sort of global event that drove up absentee voting in 2020
Unfortunately, statistics for absentee voting in Wisconsin only go back to 2018.
