The US government now has completed its transition into a full den of scum and villainy.

The top will be gleefully indulging in grotesque self enrichment.

Musk will race himself to become the first trillionaire, all the while kicking downwards.

For all of them it will be indeed a golden time of free money.

I remain in awe that someone who is Constitutionally ineligible to hold office, who is a rapist, and a convicted felon, an enemy of democracy, was not only on ballots, but won an election, and was permitted to be sworn in.

The US is not a country of law, nor a government by or for the people. It is a fully captured oligarchy.

And knowing all of this, more than 1/3 of registered voters didn’t care enough about anything but their own reflection on their phone to cast a vote.

You understand that if they didn’t care enough to vote, their votes wouldn’t have necessarily gone to Kamala? You get that right?

I’m so sick of blaming people who stayed home. They have that right. StFU. They didn’t have an obligation to save you, and if they had all voted, they might have voted 50/50.

Considering that we only needed 2% of registered voters to see the forest thru the trees, I do firmly blame the selfish sacks who stayed home.

I am done catering to progressives. We need to drop the progressive voters and pull in more from the center. Let the progressives start their own political party.

Agreed; I’ve been enjoying some of the reactions from his pikachu-faced base that are weeping that they are locked outside and cannot see their golden god-emperor being crowned king of the universe.

It’s funny to watch how CLOSE they are to figuring it out. But they are almost wired not to be able to put it together, or if they do, suffer under incredible pain from the cognitive dissonance because every bit of their identity is about supporting donvict, and yet…deep down, they know they were conned.

The broligarchs and all the other important people will get to attend, inside. All the voters that donvict promised all kinds of shit to - they can stand out in the cold. Literally.

I think that’s part of the reason why they moved it indoors away from the public. It’s only 27°F/-2.7°C outside, it’s not that cold.

You seriously think that having him get assassinated would make things better? Do you have any idea what a martyr is? You think you don’t like him right now just wait how much you would hate the guy if he was assassinated. God you would never hear the end of it.

Your best bet is that he doesn’t fuck anything up too spectacularly in the next 4 years and then we can all forget he ever existed and hopefully never speak his name again.

At least given him a few months to alienate and turn on his staff and cabinet first. Let him throw out the first choice psychophants who would gladly carry on his program.

Yeah, his stupid name and visage would be plastered on just about everything in the nation. Just like Ronnie Raygun - even after Iran/Contra, which topped Watergate - the qons spent a lot of time and energy on trying to rewrite history on the guy and wanted him on currency, FFS. But if Ronnie Raygun was their cocaine, donvict is their meth and I don’t hear them going on about Raygun so much any more.

But yeah, if donvict were to be killed, they’d make a lot of it. If he just kinda fades out as the doddering old dumbass that he actually is, I bet the shine comes off.

I would think it would seriously make the GOP lose all their steam. They need Trump. Any attempted replicates are not met with the same weird adoration.

I think you are seriously underestimating what can happen when you assassinate a controversial figure like Trump. It would 100% only make things worse.

To wish he would get killed is unbelievably short sighted thinking. I understand the thought process on a surface level but it would be a terrible fucking idea.

Talk to literally any historian ever and see what they have to say about assassinating highly controversial figures.

Just gotta make it not look like an assassination. Has probably happened so often throughout history, but we can’t know it works because it has worked.

Whether he does or not, it doesn’t matter. He definitely knows the idiot masses don’t. And since he’s scared the media into not fact checking him, many of them won’t find out. Many more won’t believe or care if you told them he was wrong.

He’ll continue to say crap like this and if he’s called on it, he’ll herald it into a smear on his opponents and a victory for the people…
