Noem paid someone maybe even hundreds of dollars - and took time off work - to look like that.

Look, body dismorphia is a thing. Women in public are critizised for aging normally. No getting around that, but that doesn’t mean we can just ignore the fact that when ignoring the option of therapy, she asked for “Sad 90’s Pornstar Face #44283” at the bargain basement plastic surgeon as a way to win favor in with the GOP.
And she was beautiful. Look at this.
But then she somehow felt the need to turn into plastic conservative barbie and I don’t understand why. And I can’t honestly believe that (conservative) men prefer the current face over the previous one, even when she ‘ages normally,’ as if that’s a problem in the first place.
She really was.
And yeah, I’ll never understand how the overlap of tradwives and rruining one’s face works. Logic is the only way to not understand it.
Noem and Trump have to realize one very important thing.

Libertarians are fluffers for Conservative fascism. Where as they’ll accuse progressives of being PC-Police, and attempt damaging philosophical criticisms there, when it comes to Conservativism they tend to go soft. Only giving marginal personal critiques, because Libertarians and Conservatives both want to remove regulations and rights. They both want less laws and reprocussions. Less protections for the vulnerable. More markets and moneyed companies in control.
I didn’t watch the episode, but I did watch a lot of scenes that other people have posted, and I suspect that includes most, if not all, of the scenes where they portray Kristi Noem.
NOT ONCE did they make fun of the way she looks in any part that I saw. Maybe I missed it, like it was in a different part, but I’m sure that she’s referring to the same scenes that I saw. I can’t imagine that she actually sat down and watched the episode. The only thing they said about her looks was when Mr. Mackey said something like “She looks nice.”
It is obvious that Noem has had many cosmetic procedures. I don’t think she denies it. The botox is obvious. South Park did make extensive fun of all the cosmetic procedures and botox she’s had, but not about the way that she looked before or after the procedures.
I don’t think we should accept Noem’s rewriting of history to make herself a victim. South Park did not make fun of her for how she looks, at least not in the parts I saw.
Liberals don’t make fun of women for how they look. Liberals make fun of fools who waste their money to look like mannequins

The fact that Noem was more offended at being portrayed as a disfigured mess needing constant botox pit stops, than an absurdly racist puppy-killer says everything about her character.
