He will be granted bond and, being rich, bond out almost immediately after any booking. Unless the judge has balls enough to not grant bond, which is doubtful, he’s gonna be there all of a couple hours.

Ok, so apparently you have no clue how the justice system works.

See, the first thing that they check is the size of your net worth. Musk gets the platinum tier. Which basically means he gets to do what he wants while his laywers hire lawyers who’s junior associates actually do the work. And despite them being a huge flight risk due to having private planes, boats, and all-but-unlimited resources at their disposal, they’re given the most lenient, unsupervised release conditions.

It’s also important to note that those on that level get the privilege of being able to ignore bail conditions, court orders, or other restrictions a minimum of ten times. And after that, the judge threatens to hold hearings asking him why they shouldn’t hold more hearings discussing the possibility of imposing monetary fines that are the equivalent of couch cushion change as a punishment. Members of the platinum tier aren’t subject to consequences that are typically reserved for lower tiers. At Gold, they can threaten you with it without actually imposing it. At platinum, they don’t even bother doing that.

And in the rare case that actual punishments are imposed on them, they get to remain free for a time to “get their affairs in order” and often also get to arrange the terms of their own incarceration, such as when they’ll surrender to custody, serving only on weekends or evenings, or even “house arrest” (legalspeak for “no punishment at all, but we’ll pretend it is”). They are often also allowed to remain free during the appeals process, which they have the opportunity to drag out indefinitely.

Few on the platinum tier even have to suffer the indignity of having to walk inside a courtroom, much less a jail cell.

I understand that you were looking at our court system from the point of view of one of us filthy commoners. I’m just here to clear up any misconceptions and make sure you understand that the US government considers people like Elon Musk and Donald Trump more equal than you and deserving of a justice system that caters towards giving them the little extras in life that they obviously deserve because they were born rich. If you don’t like being one of the poors, try being born rich next time.

Political action time and time again is proven to expand socialized healthcare, forces insurance companies to be competitive.

Luigi in the only test ever accomplished nothing and will never accomplish again because he is going to prison and nobody else is dumb enough to take up the mantle.

You’re misguided for thinking murder worship opposes the injustices in healthcare industry.

It’s not murder to kill private sector health insurance ceos, it’s self defense. These people decide to kill people every day by denying claims and bankrupting people with poor coverage. Healthcare is a right, not something only for the wealthy. If insurance companies would stop focusing on profit, they wouldn’t be getting shot at.

You can consider me misguided, but I don’t value your opinion—your opinion isn’t fact.

Even the UHC, probably rhe worst company in the US not including health sharing ministries, is a net positive compared to no health insurance. The large majority of claims get approved, wealth gets redistributed to cover those who need it.

If people don’t want companies making massive profit of off peoples’ sickness and debts then there is a political party with that stance. But the US en masse keeps choosing suffering, choosing to create CEOs like Brian.

You have to be fucking kidding me 😂

net positive compared to no health insurance

Let me stop you right there. Health insurance is a blight on humanity. They do NOT provide healthcare. We have invented the need for insurance, the need for an intermediary who does not have medical expertise or training to be involved in decisions about healthcare. This is not a net positive in any way. A single denied claim makes it a negative. The millions of deaths caused by insurance companies were largely preventable. For everyone keeping score at home, that does appear to me to be what we call a “net negative”, unless they provide some incredible benefit that somehow wipes that all away.

If people don’t want companies making massive profit of off peoples’ sickness and debts then there is a political party with that stance

What a fucking heartless statement of victim blaming. You appear to have no intersectional understanding, and no awareness of the actual reality faced by a large majority of USians.

                  You’re disconnected from humanity.

The reason private health care exists is because of greed. Most of the world has moved on to socialized healthcare of some sort. Americans have been programmed their whole lives to say “something is better than nothing.”

You’re blaming the people for not having better politicians? Which people? The people 60 years ago, who really are the ones that set the course we are on?

And you call me misguided? Who guided you into apathetically accepting that greed is the norm?

Whoever killed that Deathcare CEO had a positive impact, then billionaires spent a lot of time and money to try to turn the narrative. Note there were a lot of conservatives that werent against it until they watched a week and a half of propaganda to find out what they believed again. I think it showed a few people that the healthcare system is flawed, and clearly the justice system is. Was it 300 million, no. Was it 3 million, maybe. Even if 1% learned something from it, I’d say that’s huge for a population this late in the capitalism game

Apparently this is the new trend among Sociopathic Oligarchs - having their own pet politician. Its exactly the kind of rich guybtrend they would jump on. Then they can compare their collection of politicians like kids comparing baseball or Pokemon cards.

The goal is to be the guy who has a really high level politician on a leash. The MuskRat is clearly thebwinner here, since he owns HitlerPig, but Theil is doing pretty well by owning Vamce. Then there’s the guy who owns Clarence Thomas.

I’ll bet Sociopathic Oligarchs all over the world are scrambling to lock up control of one politician or another.

This is why we shouldnt allow 1) Billionaires to exist, and 2) money into politics.

Honestly, and I may be wrong, I think Thiel is the one who owns everybody. Musk is nothing more than the court jester and he is too narcissistic and stupid to realize how he’s as much of a puppet as trump is. Maybe even more so. Thiel is really scary because he’s actually smart enough to know how to play the game and keep a semi low profile. I think he’s happy Musk steals the show.

It may be a conspiracy and I want to wait and see before I commit to it, but there has been some talk about how Thiel’s end goal is to destroy old civilization and create techno states where people like him are the overlords who have complete control and freedom to do as they please without any legislations and restrictions getting in their way. He has been talking about this since 2009, maybe even further back, of how he wants his own techno state that is separate from the laws of the rest of the world.

It sounds so fucking insane to me that I haven’t really talked to anyone about it in case I’m just falling for some crazy conspiracy shit, but looking at what they have been doing since trump got into office, it certainly looks like they are in the process of actively and knowingly dismantling and destroying America. Musk said as much: that they were going to tear down and rebuild the nation. But fuck it if I know what the true end goal is. It might as well be a bunch of rich boys who have collectively lost their minds and think they are living in a cool action movie and are too stupid to understand what they are doing.

You are on the right track, but it isn’t Theil driving it all. Putin is the real leader, using The MuskRat and HitlerPig as his muscle, and the Sociopathic Oligarchs of the world are all following his lead. The writings of Curtis Yarvin is their Bible, who believes Democracy is a failed system, and the planet should be controlled by those with the money. Obviously, that resonates strongly with the Sociopathic Oligarchs of the world.

But you are correct that the ultimate objective is a New World Order in which the Sociopathic Oligarchs are in complete control, not countries, and the national leaders will be on leashes held by the Sociopathic Oligarchs.

None of this is “conspiracy theory,” they all talk about it openly. Vance, for one, quotes Yarvin often.
