I hate that if this was Copilot’s response, I would be more likely to use it.

May I ask, what does that site do? There’s no explanation on its page, but I’m curious. I’m on Lemmy just to kill a few minutes before I clock into work, so unfortunately I don’t have the time to mess around and explore it myself right now.

It’s a site where people “larp as ai” so every response you get is written by a real person

I think those two asterisks were supposed to actually be three dollar signs.

Might be still generating. Copilot auto-deletes it’s messages if it speaks out against itself or Microsoft. It’s incredibly frustrating but you can screenshot while it generates or for like a split-second after it’s done.

I feel like the second answer is just as stupid in it’s own way. “But what about when you tell me bullshit?” “Well, it’s true that I will tell you bullshit and here are the reasons why. And every other LLM will tell you bullshit, too!”

    Uhhh…Okay? I don’t feel reassured.

I love that nothing fit above the top P threshold in all the possible token distributions to complete that sentence.

Have ya worked in corporate? Because those are the answers you get even from humans:

    1. Corporate language soup
    2. Avoiding the question and never admitting fault
    3. Because (usually HIPPO: highest paid person’s opinion)

If this was anything but AI, I’d be astounded that “because” is intended as a serious answer.

We as in the coke can and Lego bricks we.

Because I can build a car with Lego bricks, companies around the world start making their cars out of Legos. One day soon, all cars will be Lego. Order a coke from the machine. Out drops a bunch of wet Legos.
